These adapters make it possible to join threaded pipe to flexible hose. By threading the male end of the pipe adapter into the female end of a pipe fitting, a hose can be slipped over the barbed end of the adapter and fastened with a hose clamp.
Titanium is the perfect material for pipe to hose adapters. Failures in cooling systems often occur when the adapter is overcome by corrosion. These hose to pipe adapters are TRUE TITANIUM(TM), specifically Grade 2 (CP Titanium) and are 44% lighter than stainless steel.
